How We Work

Question:
I have a house to clear and don’t know where to start. How does this work?

Answer:
Its quite simple and easily un derstood. We can work in one of three ways:

1. If the contents of your property have no real resale value, we would have to charge you for clearing it. Our fee will then include tipping fees at a local waste site and our labour to clear the house.

2. If a proportion of the house contents have resale value and the remainder has no resale value, we will usually clear the house without charge.

3. If the house contents have a good resale value, for example there are antiques or collectable furniture, we will agree on an amount of payment to be made to you. Naturally, this will vary from job to job depending on the actual contents.
